Diary

To evaluate one’s teaching is an essential precondition for improvement. One possibility which has been tried out by the participants is writing a diary right after classes but also taking photos during classes (photo diary). This documentation of his/her work enables the teacher to become more aware of his /her own strong points and weaknesses.
