SEFES  SWOT

Strengths:

  1. Project’s environment and atmosphere: everybody felt important expressing his/her opinion, the relations between participants were very heartful both in work place and in free time.
  2. Clear formed activity, work specifics, future plans till next meeting: we had our deadlines in fulfilling our jobs but always the time was expressed flexible.
  3. Sharing of good experience between different European schools, different cultures and different points of view.
  4. We had a possibility to observe lessons in different schools and subjects, to introduce with school activity specifics and curricula.
  5. Every hosting schools organized excellent level in project activity and cultural program.
  6. Possibility to improve foreign languages.
  7. Direct students involvement in active international project activity.
  8. While doing photo evaluation participating schools have found common problems concerning school life and their solving ways.
  9. Students’ feedback was very important bringing more objectivity in self-evaluation in teachers work at school.
  10. Peer evaluation gave good experience in inter-relations, trust, applying teaching methods, learning material, assessment.
  11. Dairy writing was important to look inside yourself, to analyse own activity, to compare the progress in own activity, to introduce with colleagues diaries in website.

Weak points:

  1. “Died” website.
  2. Lack of foreign language knowledge.

Opportunities:

  1. To make self-evaluation as regular process:
  2. To involve more teachers and administration in peer evaluation.
  3. To involve more students in feedback.
  4. To develop own work self-evaluation (teachers).

Threats at school:

  1. Funding.
  2. Some teachers and students lack of motivation to work additional work.
  3. Lack of English language both teachers and students.
